Individual Counseling (In-Person)

• CPT Code 90791 Biopsychosocial Assessment, (Intake), 90 Minutes $175
• CPT code 90837   60 minute hour $175
• CPT code for 90834 (less than 52 minutes) $175

Couples Counseling (In-Person)

• CPT Code 90846 $175

Family Counseling (In-Person)

• CPT code 90847 with patient present   $175
• CPT code for 90846 without patient present     $175

Telehealth Available for established clients

• CPT code for Telehealth longer than 52 minutes 90837-95  $175
• CPT code for Telehealth under 52 minutes 90834 – 95 $175

Phone Calls outside of  Appointments:

• Complimentary initial phone call for potential patients: No charge
• Phone calls for established patients shorter than 15 minutes: Complimentary
• Phone calls for established patients longer than 15 minutes: pro-rated, i.e. a 30 minute call would be pro-rated based on the clients’ session rate
